We are very concerned about the origins of our materials. Sustainability is very important to us, and we avoid products and materials that we feel are harvested, grown, or manufactured in an irresponsible way. We also salvage and mill logs and structural beams, framing and sheathing from renovation and landscaping projects around the Bay.
We prefer to use domestic hardwoods, which have a long tradition of responsible forest management. We will help you to create something unique which suits your needs and fits your budget.
We will meet with you to determine the general parameters of the project, and then provide you with digital renderings of our design, which we can continue to edit as necessary. After construction has begun, we’ll meet with you to discuss surfacing and finishing options, and then deliver a finished piece built to your specifications.
